Preparation > Brazilian Paraná Sausage

  1. Ground pork using a 5mm disc;
  2. Cooked, peeled, and diced pine nuts (0.5cm cubes);
  3. Mix all ingredients well, except the pine nuts;
  4. Let it rest for 12 hours in a refrigerated environment;
  5. Add the pine nuts and mix well;
  6. Stuff into natural pork casings;
  7. Let it rest for 12 hours in a refrigerated environment.
