  1. Cut the fish and bacon into thin slices;
  2. Mix the fish, bacon, and other seasonings well;
  3. Stuff into natural sheep casings;
  4. Using a not-too-fine needle, prick the sausages to remove air bubbles;
  5. Cook for 30 minutes in water at 80°C;
  6. Keep refrigerated.
